1) I'll admit it: I am now officially obsessed with fairy tales since I'm reading one (Sisters Red by Jackson Pearce) and writing one (Devour) at the same time. They rule! :D
2) I am especially obsessed with Hansel and Gretel (since they are what Devour is about) and I spent hours today browsing Deviant Art for pictures representing the awesome sauce siblings.
3) From all of my browsing, I discovered a photo which I thought represented Devour really well! I edited it and added text using Picnik (which I spent another hour fiddling with) and the end result was the photo pictured above. Hope you like it! :D
4) I watched The New Daughter last night with Kevin Costner and it made me want to never write about Demons again, ever. It was so creepy!
5) I discovered I'm really good at procrastinating on working on Devour- All. Day. Long. Now, finally, it's time to, as they say , shut up and write!

Hansel and Gretel--that tale always creeped me out. Gave me a fear of getting lost in the forest (I grew up in the Ozarks). Can't wait to see what you do with it in Devour!
I think we're both masters at procrastination. And as for retold fairy tales you need to check out the Once Upon a Time series it's written by a bunch of different authors and it's all the classics retold. I own every book, they're amazing.
I LOVE the picture and the font you paired with it - it looks awesome! As for procrastination, I wish I was far less skilled in that department! LOL! :-)
