The Vessel

To keep myself busy while I'm editing "The Tiger" I've decided to start another book. As the title of the post suggests it's called "The Vessel," and to answer the unspoken question yes I do have a thing for two word titles starting with "The." Anyway, "The Vessel" is a continuation of the short story I posted on Blogger Girlz towards the end of April.

The short story was about the exorcism of a witch who had been possessed for the last seven years. The long version is going to pick up where that left off, and follow her through her readjustment to regular life. The only problem is that even though she's adjusting to a normal life her new life is anything but. Her father doesn't want anything to do with her. Her uncles are supernatural bounty hunters who disappear for weeks at a time, and her cousins are climbing the walls to follow in her uncle's foot steps. To top things off, she gets stuck swapping favors with a JROTC cadet who's a real bear.

Aaron!! I'm so glad I'm not the only one in the world with an affinity for two word titles. :0) You have totally made my day!!

Nope, you aren't alone. I prefer my titles simple and my books complex.
